SUMMARY:Wisconsin Singers Community Workshop
DESCRIPTION:Calling all singers\, dancers\, and instrumentalists!  \nSpend a full day at the Wisconsin Union training with the Wisconsin Singers\, UW–Madison’s premier entertainment troupe. \nThis immersive\, all-day workshop gives students the opportunity to work alongside collegiate-level performers while building confidence\, creativity\, and performance skills. Participants will take part in vocal\, dance\, and instrumental sessions\, leadership activities\, and ensemble rehearsals—culminating in a public performance for friends and family at the end of the day. \nDesigned for students in grades 3–12\, the workshop features age-appropriate instruction with two tracks (Grades 3–6 and Grades 7–12) to ensure a fun\, challenging\, and supportive learning environment. \nRegistration includes:\n– Full-day instruction with Wisconsin Singers cast & band\n– Vocal\, choreography\, and instrumental workshops\n– Leadership and teamwork activities\n– Catered lunch at the Memorial Union\n– Official workshop t-shirt\n– Participation in the 5:00 PM public showcase performance \nWhether you love to sing\, dance\, or play an instrument\, this is a unique opportunity to experience a day in the life of a collegiate performer—right on the UW–Madison campus. \nDate Options: Sunday\, March 1 or Saturday\, March 21 Time: 8:30 AM–5:30 PM (Public Performance 5:00–5:30 PM) \nDeadline to register is February 22nd.
