5TH ANNUAL GIRLS GOLF DAY IN MADISON, WI

(Madison, WI): First Tee – South Central Wisconsin has announced its 5th annual Girls Golf Day at The Glen Golf Park.

Girls Golf is a one-day event which promotes the game of golf to young women. The goal is to empower women and strengthen the community through the game of golf. More than 200 participants will attend various stations that encourage health, safety, and support for female golfers. There will be five stations with different health-based activities at each station. The event is Sunday, May 5th from 4pm – 6:30pm at The Glen Golf Park, 3747 Speedway Rd, Madison.

First Tee – South Central Wisconsin is a youth development organization that has been serving Dane County kids since 2011. Our goal is to impact the lives of youth through educational programs and life skills through the game of golf, while making golf affordable and accessible to all kids. We use the game of golf as a tool to teach important values, healthy habits, and skills that will last a lifetime.
