Madison Mom | Virtual Diaper Drive to Support the Dane County Diaper Bank

(Madison, WI – November, 2020): Did you know that 1 in 3 families in America struggle to afford diapers for their children? The Dane County Diaper Bank partners with local service organizations to provide free diapers to disadvantaged families while raising awareness of the basic health need for diapers.

Their mission is to eradicate diaper need in the greater Dane County area to improve the physical, mental and emotional health of families in our local communities.

Since March of this year — the need for diapers in our community has drastically increased. According to Megan Sollenberger, founder of the Dane County Diaper Bank, they went from providing around 11,000 diapers a month to over 30,000 diapers each month!
