Bethel Horizons is a summer camp, a year round retreat and event center, and an art education campus. Located on 548 acres in Wisconsin’s beautiful Driftless area, Bethel Horizons, through its unique natural setting, fosters and inspires growth in the harmonies of God, self, others and nature. These harmonies promote community, faith development and renewal using summer camp, adventure programs, environmental education and the arts.
Through our summer camp programs we provide an opportunity and a space that focuses on the social and emotional learning for our youth. The skills developed at camp help to provide children with the necessary tools to become successful adults. Communication, collaboration, creativity, leadership and problem solving are all fostered in our natural environment.
Our overnight summer programs run Sunday – Friday from mid-June to mid-August. Your child will experience a variety of outdoor adventures including hiking, climbing, rappelling, swimming, singing by the campfire, playing games and connecting to one another in nature. New for the summer of 2022 we are offering additional adventure weeks including mountain biking, paddling, and spelunking to name a few. - Developing summer math learning plans that will prioritize each student’s needs and target the most important skills / concepts
- Providing a structured curriculum which presents math concepts in a manner that children understand and then allowing students to get sufficient practice to master needed concepts
Mathnasium Summer Program students can access our talented Math Instructors in person at either our east side or west side locations or via our state-of-the-art online platform, Mathnasium @Home.
Summer program tutoring is available all summer, Mondays thru Fridays. Flexible scheduling enables students and families to work around vacations and other summer activities.

So far our favorite camps has been with The Wisconsin Veterans Museum! My kiddo was lucky enough to experience the photojournalism camp at the museum when they offered it.
The stem camps are what I am looking to get my daughter into!
We have done MSCR and Keva. One thing I’d like to see mentioned is if they offer inclusion for kids with special needs. I’m excited by all these options and am excited to look into them!
Thinking about summer adventures and trying something new seems harder than just continuing on but for the sake of our mental health, it’s so important. Stay safe.
AmyJ: MSCR does offer inclusion for the programs we offer. Right now (of course) our capacity is greatly reduced because of CoVid 19.
