Bloom Into Summer Fun at Schuster’s Farm This August

(Deerfield, WI): Looking for a colorful summer adventure just outside of Madison? Schuster’s Farm is bringing back its popular Blooms on the Farm event, offering families the perfect opportunity to enjoy beautiful flower fields, outdoor play, adorable animals, live music, and seasonal treats all in one destination.

Beginning August 1, the farm transforms into a vibrant summer getaway where visitors of all ages can spend the day making memories before the fall festival season begins.

Explore Acres of Beautiful Blooms

Take a leisurely stroll through fields bursting with colorful flowers, including sunflowers, zinnias, marigolds, and cosmos. Guests can purchase U-Pick flowers to create their own bouquet, and the farm makes it easy by providing water, buckets, and plastic bags to transport your blooms home. You’re also welcome to bring your own vase or bucket if you’d like to keep your flowers in water during your visit.

Whether you’re looking for the perfect family photo backdrop or simply want to enjoy a peaceful walk through the blooms, the flower fields are one of the highlights of the experience.

Please note: Bees are naturally active throughout the flower fields. While stings are uncommon, guests with bee allergies should take appropriate precautions before visiting.

Summer Blooms isn’t just about flowers—it’s also packed with classic farm fun for kids (and kids at heart).

Farm admission includes access to:

Sunday, August 9
Royal crowns, swirling capes, and plenty of imaginative fun take over the farm for a magical day fit for princes, princesses, knights, and adventurers.

🦎 Reptile Rendezvous
Sunday, August 16
Meet fascinating reptiles up close, including lizards, snakes, turtles, and more during this exciting hands-on experience.

🏴‍☠️ Pirates & Princesses
Saturday & Sunday, August 22–23
Dress in your favorite pirate or princess costume (or come as you are!) for a weekend filled with swashbuckling adventures and fairy tale fun.

Food, Drinks & Summer Evenings

A day at Schuster’s Farm wouldn’t be complete without delicious treats and refreshing drinks.

Guests can enjoy summer favorites alongside wine slushies, Wisconsin craft beer, mocktails, and other beverages with options for all ages. Please note that outside food and beverages are not permitted, with the exception of water bottles.

On Friday and Saturday evenings throughout August, the fun continues with live music from 7:30–10:00 p.m., creating the perfect atmosphere for a relaxing summer evening surrounded by flowers.

Yoga & Flowers
