A WI Business Has Reinvented Pizza Night with Crustology + Promo Code

(Wisconsin): Weekly pizza nights are a thing for so many families. Heck, many families eat pizza more than once a week! So if you are looking to put a new twist on your family’s pizza night, you can now build your pizza using Crustology Hand-Crafted Pizza Crusts, made right here in Wisconsin.

Crustology was founded by siblings Anne Cookson and Chris Miller whose family has been in the Milwaukee pizza business for over 5 decades. The two have decided to put their own creative twist on pizza crusts and sell them online.

Home Made Pizza Night is So Much Fun!

Ordering pizza might be quick and easy, but making your own pizza is fun, AND an experience that kids absolutely LOVE! During these times when we are looking for activities – this is such a fun thing to do.

My kids and I had the chance to make some pizza using the Crustology crusts and not only was it FUN, but the pizzas were delicious and turned out perfect. I gave my 6 year old free range to make the pizza herself – and since the crust was pre-made, the rest felt somewhat fool-proof. I gave her the ingredients and it was easy peasy.

We used the pizza screen (from Crustology) and I do recommend that. It made the process even easier and we will be able to use it over and over. My daughter smiled the entire time that she was preparing her pizza… AND the whole time that we were eating. She was so proud of her creation…!

The dough is always the most time-consuming part – and Crustology has made it easy (and delicious!). At Crustology.com customers can purchase a 3-pack of 12-inch hand-crafted pizza crusts for just $12. The crusts ship right to your home and orders over $30 ship free. The crusts can be refrigerated for up to 5 days and also freeze well for future use. The website also sells add-ons like pizza screens for baking your pizza on, as well as pizza seasoning.

Insider tip: During the warmer months – the crusts also work really well on a grill.

Crust options include:

The Og, the “original” Crustology crust, a traditional thin cracker crust made extra delicious by being created with a long fermentation process.

The Micro Brew, which takes the classic cracker crust and adds a Wisconsin brewed dark beer and fermented beer grains to give it a roasted flavor. Cookson says it pairs well with toppings like BBQ Sauce, Aged Cheddar Cheese and Beef Brisket.

The Herb Infused, where the cracker crust is infused with a plethora of seasoning. Cookson recommends it for toppings like Brie, Pear and Arugla or Classic Pepperoni.

As of March 8, Crustology began selling a gluten free pizza crust.

For those who need a little creative inspiration, Crustology’s website also offers pizza recipes that range from a classic pepperoni pizza to a ranch BLT pizza and even a breakfast pizza.
