Madison Children’s Museum | New Year’s Eve Party

Shake, rattle, roll, and bid farewell to 2022 at the earliest New Year’s Eve party in Madison! No need to keep the youngsters up late – come on down to MCM for an early celebration. Make a New Year’s button and other celebratory bling, and dance to beats spun by DJ Nick Nice. We’ll count down to the new year at 12 noon and kick off the new year with party favors and sparkling juice.
This event is free with general museum admission.
New Year’s Eve Ice Skating | Edgewater Madison

Take a spin around the rink on New Year’s Eve with DJ Nick Nice for our last skate of 2022. Not into skating? Rent a fire pit or just stop by the Icehouse for a drink on the plaza. Details.
New Year’s Eve Night Walk | UW-Arboretum
December 31 from 6:30pm-8pm
Join us for a naturalist-led trail walk and a peaceful welcome to the New Year. We recommend warm layers and boots. Walks canceled for unsafe weather or trail conditions. Meet outside the Visitor Center. Capacity limited, free registration required through Eventbrite.
