Kids Camping Scavenger Hunt

As the summer approaches we are really looking forward to spending as much time as possible outdoors, as I’m sure a lot of you are planning to as well.  We already went camping once and plan to do some more in the near future.  Our toddler loves the outdoors, so for the most part I don’t have to worry too much about planning special activities to keep her entertained.  Give her a stick, rocks… seriously she loves that stuff.  But sometimes while we are hiking for some reason she doesn’t think lots of walking and taking in nature is as neat as we do.  So I created a scavenger hunt for her to do on our hikes and I wanted to share it with all of you as well.

The great thing is you don’t have to go camping to do this scavenger hunt!  I can see my toddler and her little neighborhood friends doing this one afternoon together.  So print out the downloadable Camping Scavenger Hunt the next time you plan on going camping or just need an outdoors activity to do with your kids on any given day.  The summers are pretty great here in WI and this is one activity we can have fun doing outdoors.
