MAKE MUSIC DAY RETURNS TO SAN DAMIANO PARK WITH A FULL DAY OF FREE LIVE MUSIC
Families and music lovers are invited to celebrate Make Music Day at San Damiano Park in Monona on Sunday, June 21, with a full day of free live performances from local musicians.
Part of a global celebration that encourages people of all ages and abilities to make and enjoy music, Make Music Day brings the community together through live performances in a beautiful lakeside setting.

Visitors can enjoy performances throughout the day from a variety of local artists:
- 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. – Rich Kessler
- 1:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. – Idledaze Duo
- 3:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. – Paige Kleber
- 4:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. – Edward Ford
- 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. – The Periodicals
Guests are welcome to stop by for a single performance or spend the entire day enjoying music from a range of genres and styles.
Food and Refreshments
Several food vendors will be on site throughout the event, including:

- Curd Girl
Friends of San Damiano will also host a beverage tent featuring beer, lemonade, and other non-alcoholic drinks.
Make a Day of It
In addition to the music performances, the Harry Whitehorse International Wood Sculpture Festival will be taking place at San Damiano Park on the same day. Families can enjoy live music, explore impressive wood sculptures, and take in the scenic beauty of the park all in one visit.
