Cinnamon Raisin Pudding

This is a super easy recipe, only five ingredients! Kids will love helping prepare this and gobble it up at record speed. Sometimes simple recipes really are the best. I usually set a cup or two of rice aside after I prepare (in the rice cooker) some for a dinner dish, then make this recipe the next day.

Cinnamon Raisin Pudding

Ingredients:

1 cup cooked Rice

2 -3 tbsp Milk (I use almond but any will work)

1 tbsp Honey

1/2 tsp Cinnamon

1/4 cup Raisins

Add the rice, milk, honey and cinnamon to a small bowl and whisk. For a smoother texture add to a food processor and pulse a few times or puree. Fold in raisins and allow the pudding to sit for about five minutes. Serve warm! Makes a great snack or breakfast.
