Clementine Morning Smoothie

2 Clementines, pealed

1 banana, frozen

3 tsp Flax Meal

1/2-1 cup Milk (we love almond milk in this smoothie)

1/8 tsp Cinnamon

Add all of the ingredients to a blender and whizz till you reach your desired consistency. This may take a few minutes. Makes one medium smoothie.
