Madison, WI Parks
Most of the parks in Madison, WI (with trails) can be used for cross-country skiing. Some parks require an annual or daily ski permit (Odana Hills, Yahara Hills and Elver Park). Passes are just $7 for a day pass and $30 for an annual pass.

Dane County Parks
