If you love chocolate and peanut butter as much as I do, then you are going to absolutely love these cookies. They are so easy to make and the best part is that you probably have all of the ingredients in your house already. They are also gluten-free so be sure to share with your friends and family members that eat gluten-free!
Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies (Gluten-Free)
1 c. creamy peanut butter (I have not had much luck with natural or reduced fat peanut butter and have not experimented with other types of nut butters)
1 c. brown sugar
1 large egg, room temperature
1 t. vanilla (be sure it is gluten-free)
1 t. baking powder
1/2 – 1 c. chocolate chips, depending on your preference
Preheat the over to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, mix all of the ingredients together except for the chocolate chips. When mixed well, add the chocolate chips. Stir to incorporate. Drop onto a cookie sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes.
Be sure to make enough for the little ones you have around.
I promise they won’t last long. They never do in my house!
Yum!
Thanks for the recipe! I loved these and will definitely be making them soon.
