LOCAL BUSINESSES WHO OFFER FUNDRAISING NIGHTS OR GIVEBACK EVENTS

As a parent, it’s likely that your child has come home with at least one fundraiser asking you to buy items or goods to support their school or sports team or club… and so on. So many of these organizations are from out-of-state and often times are things we don’t even really want (or need!).

We have the solution. There are SO many local businesses who offer giveback nights or fundraising opportunities and who will keep your dollars right here in the Madison area!

Most of these are locally owned and all have a presence in our community — either by having a store or restaurant in the area and/or through employing local people in our community.

We did our best to compile a thorough list – but if we missed any, please comment below or shoot us an email and we will get it added. And the next time you are fundraising for your school or a local non-profit or sports team or club — be sure to think local first!

Physical Goods Fundraising

Just Coffee Cooperative: Just Coffee’s fundraising team has designed this program to support the many deserving causes out there and we’re grateful for the opportunity to play a small role. Profits average $4.50 for every bag sold.

Curt’s Popcorn: Curt’s Gourmet Popcorn has great fundraising opportunities for your school, church, civic group, or other organization. As a local company, we know how important it is to support local groups, so we try to make our fundraising program as easy and profitable as possible for you!

Signs by Caitlin: The cost of these DIY at-home signs start at $55.00. These signs can be made at home and a percentage of every sign sold goes back to the organization. The more signs purchased the higher percentage of sales the organization gets, up to 25%!

Bucky Book: Earn $15 per Bucky Book sold!

Event Fundraising

Kona Ice: Kona Ice is more than just a business; we are deeply rooted in the community. We partner with local schools, sports organizations, and other non-profits all over the country. We can help you reach your fundraising goals while serving up smiles with a fun and sweet Kona Ice experience.

Kendra Scott: Our Kendra Gives Back program helps anyone within the community host a local event for causes and organizations that empower women and youth.
20% of purchases made in-store during the hosted event or digitally through kendrascott.com, using a custom code, will directly benefit the cause or people designated by you.‌

Famous Dave’s: Pick a date, spread the word, and keep 20% of event sales. We call our fundraising program Feast for Funds.

All Fired Up: Pottery nights where 20% of sales go back to your organization.

Ian’s Pizza: Dough Nights, where anyone who comes in with a fundraising flyer and buys food, a percentage of sales goes back to the organization.

Cafe Zupa’s: Every Tuesday and Wednesday night, every Café Zupas kitchen hosts a fundraiser for a local school, group, or organization and donates up to 25% of the proceeds.

Nothing Bundt Cakes: When your group or organization hosts a Nothing Bundt Cakes fundraising event, you’ll walk away with an astounding 15% of your supporters’ total purchases.
