Happy New Year! Most of us have some resolutions for 2015, whether written down, typed on our phones or in our heads we all have goals and ways we want the new year to shape. Most likely they include ways to be healthy. Maybe you wan’t eat more fruits and veggies or exercise more regularly? Personally, I hope to make more pantry items from scratch and up my running from 2-3x a week to 3-4x a week and I know I will need inspiration and support to achieve this.
