Shamrock Shake Re-Mix

Shamrock shakes, they come once a year and most people hate them or LOVE them. Partly it’s the novelty and partly it’s the minty- sweet- creaminess that livens up the sometimes dreary month of March. What if I told you that YOU could make a healthy version with real food ingredients???  You would kiss me wouldn’t you?!  And to think I’m only 40% Irish. Get your green March fix without the guilt…

Shamrock Shake Re-Mix

Ingredients:

3 cups Vanilla Yogurt (I use Almond Milk Yogurt)

1 Banana

1 cup washed Spinach (fresh)

1/2 tsp natural Peppermint flavor (I love this one because it’s alcohol-free-perfect for raw recipes)

Put the yogurt and banana in the freezer for at least 2-3 hours.  Blend all of the ingredients together till a creamy texture is reached!  Enjoy…and share with your kids if you’re feeling generous.
