Snowman Fruit Pizza

Here is fun recipe that makes a great snack or treat (shhh…my girls polished one off for breakfast). Kid’s love helping with this recipe and it’s a fun way to build a snowman inside!

Snowman Fruit Pizza

Ingredients:

5-6 Graham Crackers

3-4 large Dates, pitted

2 tbsp Coconut Oil, melted

1-2 tbsp Cream Cheese

Fresh Fruit (we use Bananas, Blueberries & Clementines)

1 tsp Honey

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees (f). Using a food processor pulse the graham crackers and dates till crumbed. Add the coconut oil and blend for another minute or too. Firmly press the mixture on to a small pan (we use a pizza pan) until the crust is about 1/4 inch thick. Bake for 5-6 minutes. Allow to cool completely.  Spread with cream cheese.  Decorate a snowman face with the fruit and drizzle with honey.  Cut into slices and serve.
