Springtime Suppers

When I was growing up our evening meal was always called supper. I’m not sure when I started calling it dinner, likely when I started out on my own. Calling it dinner sounded fancier or classier (insert eye roll here). Yet now when I think of the word supper I think of sharing a meal with family, I think of home. I have rounded up seven of my favorite recipes perfect for a springtime supper.

Fish Tacos

Fish Tacos
A light and easy dinner, if it’s warm enough you can even cook the fish on the grill.

Lemon Spring Pasta

a
A warm dish bursting with spring flavor.

Citrus  Salad

a
A light and easy salad, filling enough for supper.

Easy Egg Salad

a
Perfect for a quick and light meal.

Poppy Seed Pea Sliders

a
Turn green peas into a yummy vegetarian burger!

PB Carrot Pitas

a
Carrots, Nut (or seed) butter and grapes – kid’s love it.

Black Bean & Mango Quesadillas

May your suppers be nourishing and full of family warmth.
