Eggs are one of the most amazing foods! They are a complete source of protein (containing all eight amino acids- the ones we must get from our food). They are also rich in selenium, vitamin D, B6, B12, A, D, K and minerals such as zinc, iron and copper. Also they contain betaine and choline, which promote heart health and are hard to find in other sources. Plus they are delicious! Here are my top seven favorite recipes staring the egg-cellent egg:
