What better way to cool off in the summer than to get in some water! There are quite a few public pools in our area, some will also sell punch cards or memberships if you plan to go more than once.

Located in Blue Mounds State Park (state park admission/sticker required), this pool depth is 3 ft to 4 ft, and also offers a camping-themed splash pad.

Goodman Pool is owned & operated by the City of Madison & offers zero-depth entrance, fountains & other shallow water play; plus water slides, separate diving pool, concessions, ample rest rooms & parking.
Bauman Aquatic Center | 2400 Park Lawn Pl, Middleton, WI
Owned & operated by City of Middleton; includes a zero-depth entrance,
several water play features, sand playground & water slides.
Monona Community Pool | 1013 Nichols Rd, Monona, WI
Located by Winnequah Park and the Monona Public Library, includes a
separate toddler pool (18 inches deep).
Mount Horeb Aquatic Center | 204 Park St, Mt. Horeb, WI
Located at Boek’s Park, includes a baby pool with zero-depth entrance & wet
sand play area.
Dolphins Cove @ PAC | 1010 N. Bird St, Sun Prairie, WI
Dolphin’s Cove is a private outdoor water park at Prairie Athletic Club, which
includes water slides, a lazy river, a zero-depth family pool, many interactive
water features, and more! Guest passes available to the public.
Sun Prairie Aquatic Center | 920 Linnerud Dr, Sun Prairie, WI
Located close to the library, includes zero-depth entrance, kiddie slides, water play features, playground, sand & more.
